Whose information do we gather

We gather contact information on clients (usually parents or guardians) in all cases and in most cases contact information of students.

What information do we gather

We  gather phone names, email addresses and phone numbers in all cases. In the case of in-person tuition, we do collect personal addresses.

Where do we store information

All information gathered is stored on the director’s laptop, phone and encrypted external hard drive. Some information is passed on to other tutors in the team and will be stored on their laptops, phones or external hard drives.

To keep your information safe, your information will not be passed on to other tutors unless they are relevant to providing tuition in your case. Information is not passed on to any team members who are not relevant to your tuition request.

Requests to relinquish information

If you would like us to remove your personal information from our possession, please make a request via email. We will remove your information from our possession within 5 working days of your request.

Data breach

In the event of a data breach, we will inform you if your privacy has been compromised.
